Road Trip Story -1- where we went.

A lot happened in three weeks and I'm a little unsure how to retell it but I have decided to tell it in "stories" so that as I remember certain aspects I can add to the overall picture.
Here's were we went, well at least some of the towns we drove through (forgot to record them for a few days) an * indicates were we stopped - and ** and black indicates where we stayed, most places were just over night but occasionally for a few.

Mount Isa.

Alice Springs.
The two rigs.
The Bales old Nissan Patrol that has done many an outback mile with their brand new Jayco Eagle wind up van. We had a slow start out of My Isa as the patrol needed a little lovin' as it needed its contacts cleaned on the battery. In Alice Paul noticed that there was some fluid on a back tyre. The wheel bearings needed repacking and thankfully only delayed them a day.
The Harmers Toyota Prado pulling the neighbours son's cast off Viscount van from the 70's. It was great to have the convenience of one van that was always UP. Other than a small kitchen fire on day one we had no trouble with the van or the vehicle.
West Beach, Adelaide.
