OK so this doesn't look like much BUT these moments are rare. Paul loves brushing Bronte's hair, but he is rarely given the pleasure. We think that this moment may have been inspired by the fact Bronte just discovered Dad was getting an iPad from council. Maybe she thought she could gain some user minutes? Paul thinks that she shouldn't hold her breath, this is the council we are talking about.
