Ritual.

Word of mouth directed us to Ritual at Nelson Bay. When we heard about this restaurant we new it was something that we had to do with the Bates. This was eating out like nothing I had ever done before.
It was fun, delicious, surprising, continuous, creative and just brilliant!!

You chose your entrée and main by tasting two flavour combinations and picking your favourite for each. You had no idea what the entree or main was really going to be but that was part of the fun.

An amazing food experience. LOVED IT. Almost as much as the opportunity to hang out with these guys for 48 hours. It is always wonderful, always refreshing (except the driving bit), always uplifting to spend time with friends that really "get" you. Oh, and like being with you. We have this amazing ability to just pick up where we left off. It is wonderful to hear what God is doing in their lives and the life of their church.
We walked, shopped, ate, talked, ate, and talked some more.
I'm already looking forward to next year.  Cause we made a date, now it's a Ritual.
