The Harmer's are going on their very first caravanning holiday in the July school hols.

We are doing over 7000km in 22days.
Insane you say.
Perhaps :) BUT we prefer to call it adventurous.
We are going with some seasoned outback travellers - friends from church 'The Bales'.
We will head north through St George, Longreach, Mt Isa, Tennant Creek, Alice, Uluru, Coober Pedy, Adelaide, Dubbo and then home. FUN we are hoping.
Got any advice for us? What not to leave at home? What's your favourite simple meal?
