Matryoshka dolly

I had a great time last friday afternoon making this top for Capri. Unfortunatly I used a size 2 pattern that I found successful for Bronte some years ago. Meantime the fashions have changed and this thing just swamps her. Oh, well maybe it will look better when she is three. Shame is now I need to make another one. Want to make another one.
I also discovered something about myself. When I attempt to clear off my cutting table, I get a third of the way through the job and decide that there is now plenty of room to creat something. No wonder that table is always a mess!!!

I love the colours of the doll.
Sizes!!!! Couldn't quite work out if you actually WANT to make another one the right size, or not.

Beautiful top. If you make the tops in all different sizes then they will really be like these Russian dolls.(ie they usually come in sets that fit into each other) lol

Cool idea. I wonder at what age she would ask me to stop?

I better not let Peyton see this. (the beauty of one top to big is you can send it to the witches of silverwater!)
