We don't really go in for exercises but both our girls have loved playing with Dad in this way. One of our friends who teaches early childhood studies said that this kind of thing is great for their development. We just think it's fun. Mind you it sounds like she may have just done one to many :(
PS was inspired by a friends blog today - to try this video thing ONE MORE TIME. Every time I have tried it in the past I have got all of .5 of a second viewing.
