It has been fun planting and watch everything grow - now the eating begins. We have gone out to pick lettuce and thrown it in a salad for eating straight away - doesn't come much fresher than that. We have also enjoyed the English spinach on several occasions. We just have to stay on top of it all. Yesterday I planted some rocket and hope to get some basil in later in the week. Yay. The snow peas, beans, rhubarb and strawberries are still a way off - I think.
