Last Saturday we headed into the city for a big day out. Mardi and Pa caught the train and the rest of us drove in and parked at Wilson's carpark at the Opera House. Our timing was great and we all met at Circular Key. We walked up to the Rocks and started to check out the markets while we waited for coffees and hot chocolates. Bronte and Beth tried on some great masks at one of the stalls.
We followe Stu's phone to find Suzannah Place where the girls minus Capri went on a 45 minute tour. We learnt about serveral of the families that had lived in the homes and what the conditions were like - they certainly make homes that have a room for every child and several living space seem absolutely insane, until you come home and..... it feels normal.
We then bought tickets for the Ferry and just missed one, waited haqlf and hour and enjyed the most beautiful moment on the harbour. Manly was VERY busy, we ate fish and chips, drank more coffee (adults only) bought ice creams from Coles, played in the park and headed back on the ferry. Capri slept for about 30 mins while we had the tour and then just enjoyed taking everything in, she was so happy. It was an idylic day to be out and everyone had a nice time, no tears, no dramas, just a great day out.

Looks great. We are heading for the Rocks today. We are going by rivercat and we are eating at Pancakes at the Rocks. I am wondering if they sell gluten free pancakes or if they can serve the fillings with some salad minus the pancake????? Well we shall see.
