an afternoon at the dam

it was such a beautiful autumn afternoon we decided to take a short drive out to Dumaresq dam and attempt to walk around it (which we have done before)- but how stroller friendly it was we had no idea. thankfully paul took on the job as it was not always easy going, capri was not at all fussed about the bumpy ride and promply feel asleep. after crossing a small creek we came up to some level ground and i generously offered to take over. as soon as it loooked a little tricky paul was back in charge - our first really obsticale came in the shape of a large uprooted tree that had inconviently fallen across the path. we made some branch adjustments and then lifed the pram up and over - capri continued to sleep. two people were needed on and off in the last section until we had to carry both ends for the last 50 metres. all in all it was pretty successful and a beautiful afternoon out.
