We enjoyed a wonderful time overnight at Newcastle. It was enough time to take a deep breath, think clearly and refresh. We enjoyed breakfast with my cousin Ralph but unfortunately Ros could not make it. The fact that Ralph forgot to give her the weeks notice did not help. We missed seeing you Ros. We loved the historic elements wherever we walked and look forward to coming back sometime and enjoying more of it. Scratchley's served us the tastiest Seafood Chowder and Paul now has the urge to make some himself. Wonder how long I will have to wait to sample it???
